To say that I am passionate about the things and people in my life that I love and enjoy would be an understatement! Starting with the Oregon Ducks, my alma mater. I am also a big fan of the Portland Trailblazers, an avid golfer, and water-skier, very involved in my church community, and it goes without saying that my number one priority is my daughter. 

I thoroughly enjoy my career. My job is to take the pain out of the insurance buying experience and guide you to see the coverage that you need, or maybe some that you don’t.  In turn, leading you to understand why working with a good and informed agency makes all of the difference. 

My goal each day is to run a successful business where we are profitable, honest, and for it to be a place that people look forward to coming to work!

I began my career in the insurance industry with PRL in 1995. I started out working in the personal lines department but graduated to be a commercial lines account manager. I enjoy working at PRL because we all support each other and truly are a family.

I was born in Southern California but have lived in Oregon since I was about 2 years old. I am the mother of two wonderful boys, well actually young men now. They are both very different so definitely make life interesting. In my spare time and for fun, I love being in the outdoors, camping, hiking and spending times with family and friends.

Hello, I’m Kristine!  I grew up in Salem, Oregon but moved to Portland, Oregon in 1997 where I met my husband and started as a customer service rep at PRL Insurance.  At 19 years old I had no idea where this position would take me.  I'm proud to be leading this team as the Office General Manager, but also so happy to work with people whom I consider to be close friends and like family!  The insurance industry is always changing and we have to constantly learn new information. However, I enjoy the challenges of my job!

I have a daughter, who always keeps me on my toes and is constantly making me laugh.  For fun, I love to go hiking, biking, traveling, spending time with my family/friends and most of all I LOVE to eat!  I picked up running and ran my first 1/2 marathon at the Eugene Marathon in 2016.  It was one of the most rewarding feelings to walk across the finish line and still be alive!

Having been born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, this is truly where I call home. I love all that it has to offer, from the beautiful windy beaches to the majestic mountains. I am a proud mom to 3 kids; a Navy Sailor, busy college student, and an energetic toddler, as well as Nana to a beautiful granddaughter.  When I am not busy with the kids, I enjoy boating, camping, wine tasting and scuba diving with my husband. Sometimes I am even able to find time to just sit and read a good book, although with so much going on, that doesn't seem to happen very often.

I have been in the insurance industry for over 20 years and finally found a home at PRL in 2010. I really enjoy the family feeling that we have here. Working with fun and energetic coworkers makes my job just that much better. I love getting to know our clients and helping them to understand the, sometimes, confusing world of insurance.

My family and I are originally from Los Angeles (except for my great dane, he’s an Oregonian) and while we miss our weekly trips to Disneyland, we love all that Oregon has to offer – even the rain!  My little family includes my husband, our two daughters, our great dane and shih tzu mix who all love to lounge around watching Disney movies.

I joined the PRL Insurance team back in October of 2015 and have enjoyed working here and getting to know all our great customers.  My hope is to make insurance an easy experience and help others to understand its importance!

Hi, I’m Heather!  I moved to Portland 16 years ago and I love this city.  My hobbies include painting, cooking healthy food, cross stitch, being out in nature, and my numerous houseplants!  

Switching careers to insurance has been the best decision of my life… And finding a home at PRL Insurance has allowed me to work for a company that shares my values of integrity and honesty, as well as a passion for educating customers.  I feel so thankful that I actually LOVE coming to work every day and laughing with my colleagues.

Jen has grown up locally in Canby, OR. She has a background in finance from Portland State. Her passion for personal finance has shifted into the insurance world, where she enjoys educating clients on how to protect their assets and livelihood. She is excited to work for an agency that shows an interest in protecting their clients’ financial wellbeing.

Outside of her career, she enjoys hiking with her two dogs, Scout and Ozzy, going out to do Karaoke with friends, and cooking.

Chloe is a bright spot in our office. She keeps us all on our toes with her morning greetings and doggy kisses! The chihuahua mascot.
